• Information on how to claim the bonus cash back forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• This claim is only valid with participating pharmacies listed on quietnight.com.au/how-to-buy/ including online pharmacies, but excluding eBay, and any other shops.
• All gift cards will be sent to the email address provided after 1/12/2017. Each receipt can only be used once.
• *Receipts need to have the pharmacy name, “Quiet Night” product name and purchase date.
• The promotion commences on 30 October 2017 and closes on 30 Nov 2017 (Promotional Period). Claims must be received by the Promoter by 15/12/2017. Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.
• The Participant must immediately return any Reward they receive in connection with that product to the Promoter if they return the product for a refund or credit.
• Claims are only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and older.
• All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
• Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information by the purchaser disqualifies claim of this offer.
• The offer is not applicable to wholesale suppliers
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the Promotion at its discretion.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
